- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline.
- Minimum 8-15 years of experience in Oil & Gas fabrication yards, EPC projects, or offshore/onshore construction projects.

Responsibilities
- Supervise fabrication, assembly, and erection activities for offshore jackets, topsides, modules, skids, structural steel, piping systems, pipe racks, and mechanical equipment.
- Plan and monitor fabrication progress, manpower utilization, productivity, and equipment deployment.
- Coordinate with Engineering, QA/QC, Planning, Procurement, Logistics, and HSE teams to ensure smooth project execution.
- Review fabrication drawings, isometrics, P&IDs, and material take-offs.
- Monitor fit-up, welding, NDT, dimensional control, hydrotesting, pneumatic testing, and mechanical completion activities.
- Ensure compliance with project specifications, quality standards, HSE requirements, and client procedures.
- Coordinate inspections, punch-list clearance, system handovers, and turnover documentation.
