• Participate in the development of, and conduct HSE training courses and refresher courses for relevant Company personnel on procedures such as personal safety equipment, toxic and hazardous substances, permit to work, crane operation, risk assessments and accident investigations.
• Liaise with the Sr. HSE Trainer for training schedules/dates and training course feedback. Identify training gaps and advise to enable development of courses to meet these needs.
• Undertake research into availability and quality of external HSE-oriented training courses and make recommendations on their suitability for incorporation into NPCC HSE training programmes.
• Maintain and update all HSE training equipment/aids and literature (manuals/documents, videos, posters etc) to ensure they are accurate and current.

Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Science and NEBOSH IGC.
5 years’ experience with at least 3 years in the HSE industry as an HSE Trainer at a supervisory level or an Occupational Safety and Health Diploma from a recognised institute.
