Job Purpose:
Entry level job - has responsibility for providing "hands-on" technical support to the production, and repair of equipment and/or tools. In shop environment, receives field tools, takes them apart, repairs and refurbishes tool to go back to the field
Responsibilities:
- Maintain workshop, ensure workshop is tidy ready for use
- Forklift operations as required
- Tool Strip down/cleaning- wash bay operations, prepare tools for Inspection
- Tool Build up and redress of completion and liner related equipment.
- Assist in workshop with completion equipment preparation
- Assist in workshop with equipment maintenance & testing.
- Assist with Well screen preparation for load out, returns and inventory check.
- Assist with keeping Asset folders updated.
- Required training is undertaken to a satisfactory level of achievement.
- Participate in relevant competency system
Qualifications:
- Minimum 1-year related experience with High School Diploma (or Secondary School Diploma, or equivalent) preferred
- Fresh graduates, school leavers are welcome to apply
- Experience in oilfield operations- workshop is preference
- Mechanical hands-on experience is preference (mechanics etc)
- Intermediate English proficiency
- PC proficiency, MS Office
