Job Purpose

Job Description

  • Analysis for the offshore installation activities (flexible flowline and risers, Umbilicals, HLFs, Rigid Spools and Rigid pipelines...)
  • Analysis of the different activities of the subsea structure installation (Manifolds, Protection Structures, PLETs, ILTs, Mudmats, Piles, Deployment Frames, ...)
  • Interface with the Project Team
  • Offshore support for the ongoing installation activities
  • Write technical project documents (installation engineering memo and installation analysis report)
  • Liaise with Project Team for project data, installation feasibility and reporting to clients
  • Liaise with Project Team and Client to clarify installation analysis concerns
  • Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Naval Architecture, Aerospace Engineerign or similar
  • Minimum 3 years' experience
  • Competency in design and installation analysis software (i.e. OrcaFlex) mandatory
  • Programming knowledge is desirable
  • Sound understanding of engineering principles, high problem-solving capabilities and strong desire to pursue excellence
  • Strong knowledge of structural and fluid mechanics
  • Strong knowledge in statistics
  • Shall be self-motivated and have well developed interpersonal skills to work in a multicultural environment
  • A demonstrable commitment to HSE and Quality
  • Fluent in English

• BS degree in Engineering preferred or equivalent with 2 to 4 years of experience in the field

• Strong technical basis in engineering • Project management skills
