Job Purpose
Coordinates service operations executed by the Technical Service Personnel. Ensures the optimization of QHSES and compliance to policies and regulations at work sites, onshore and offshore.
Job Description
- Coordinates Field services operations, ensures compliance with established sales and cost budgets and schedules
- Ensures site organization of service technicians, in coordination with engineers, logistics and warehouse function and local agents and suppliers
- Works within the defined contract and issues notices on those operations that increase scope
- Checks that all related FST documentation are received, accurate, followed and signed off on
- Acts as a mentor to Service Technicians to foster development
- Reviews FST personnel compliance with all applicable policies and procedures
- Daily tracking, planning, and assignment of FSTs for all UAE Service Jobs, ensuring competency and correct allocation before confirming assignments.
- Accurate maintenance of the FST tracker and FST Qualification Matrix for all personal details, call‑offs, job visibility, and regular reporting.
- Ensuring all booking details for ADNOC Offshore/Onshore and other clients are submitted accurately and on time, including manifests, PO details, notice periods, and communication with logistics.
- Coordinating service vehicles and transport logistics for FST mobilization/demobilization, including managing availability, maintenance, scheduling, and third‑party taxi arrangements when required.
- Oversight of regulated processes such as loading notes, ADNOC fuel chip account balance/charging, IVMS card issues, OPTIMA profiles, and eWMS access.
- Managing training, certification, and currency tracking for all FSTs, ensuring timely bookings, renewals, and updates to trackers.
- End‑of‑month performance and KPI reporting for utilization, ADNOC KPIs, VMI statistics.
- Handling new‑hire onboarding including documentation, induction bookings, and integration into tracking systems.
- Works on call 24/7 and outside of normal duty hours to meet customer requirements during on call assignment period
You are meant for this job if:
- REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE/FORMAL EDUCATION:
- Bachelors degree or equivalent experience
- General Knowledge of API Q1/Q2 and TechnipFMC Surface products processes and specifications
- Read and write English fluently, Arabic an advantage
- General knowledge of wellhead systems and drilling / completions operations
- REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:
- 3-5 years’ experience in technical project scheduling, planning or in a customer service business; preferably industrial, oil and gas, or manufacturing

- REQUIRED MANAGERIAL SKILLS
- Can supervise the coordination and dispatch of large groups of Field Service Technician; can overcome minor administrative managerial issues.
