- Execute assigned production tasks to meet daily schedule targets.
- Monitor equipment operation and report any abnormalities.
- Perform quality checks on products and document results.
- Follow all safety procedures and wear required PPE.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area (housekeeping).
- Assist foreman and supervisor with set‑up and change‑over activities.
- Record production data accurately in logbooks or electronic systems.
- Report material shortages or equipment issues promptly.
- Participate in routine maintenance and minor repairs as directed.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives and suggest process enhancements.
