Responsible for managing, operating, and maintaining pump systems and water flows that are crucial to supporting the drilling process. Ensuring a continuous, safe, and efficient supply of water to the drilling and hydraulic fracturing (fracking) sites. Water is a critical resource in drilling operations, used for cooling drill bits, maintaining pressure, and mixing drilling fluids. The operator is responsible for the entire lifecycle of water management on-site, from initial setup to daily monitoring and equipment maintenance.
Qualifications
Education and Experience: High school diploma or equivalent. 1-3 years of experience Technical training or related certifications . Skills and Abilities: Adherence to health and safety regulations. Attention to detail and teamwork. Physical stamina and strength.
