Mission Statement
We are now looking for HSE and Sustainability Professional to join our Service organization in Indonesia. In this role, you will support our Local Service Unit by driving a strong safety culture, ensuring compliance with Hitachi Energy standards, and enabling continuous improvement across our operations. You will work closely with internal & external stakeholders and global HSE functions to strengthen HSE learning, prevent incidents, and enhance overall HSE performance.
How you will make an Impact
- Promote a proactive HSE culture by guiding employees and managers in daily HSE decisions.
- Lead and support incident reporting, investigations, and follow-up on lessons learned.
- Conduct internal HSE audits and ensure compliance with Hitachi Energy standards
- Ensure compliance with local legal requirements
- Analyze HSE performance to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
- Facilitate risk assessments, training activities, and ensure appropriate HSE tools and equipment are available and used.
- Drive implementation of HSE programs, initiatives and progress toward key HSE objectives and KPIs.
- Supporting project team in implementing HSE programs
Your Background
- Experience working in HSE roles within industrial, service, production, or technical environments.
- Strong understanding of regulatory compliance.
- Ability to support managers and employees in HSE topics.
- Confidence in working with data, dashboards, and digital HSE systems.
- Structured, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.
- Strong understanding of incident management and risk assessments.
