Responsibilities:
- Coordinating maintenance activities to ensure that all equipment is serviced regularly following recommendations of OEM and best practices.
- Creating schedules of all planned work activities, including materials needed and manpower resource using CMMS.
- Coordinating with vendors to schedule repairs and maintenance work on a regular order.
- Coordinating with contractors to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Maintaining records of all repairs performed, including materials used and costs.
Job Requirements:
- ITE/Degree/Diploma in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering or equivalent disciplines.
- Experience in leading maintenance or operation teams in similar industry.
- Familiar with and experience in inspection work in similar industry
- Knowledge of CMMS software
- Knowledge of safety, health, and environment regulatory and practices
