What you’ll do:
- The Project Manager will be responsible for planning, executing, and delivering EPC/Data center projects within scope, budget, and schedule. This role requires strong leadership, technical knowledge, and stakeholder management skills to ensure successful project outcomes in a fast-paced environment.
- Project Planning & Execution
Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocation strategies.
Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in alignment with client requirements.
Monitor and control project progress to ensure timely completion. - Budget & Cost Management
Prepare and manage project budgets, forecasts, and cost control measures.
Ensure financial compliance and optimize cost efficiency. - Stakeholder Management
Act as the primary point of contact for clients, vendors, and internal teams.
Facilitate communication and resolve conflicts among stakeholders. - Risk & Quality Management
Identify potential risks and implement mitigation strategies.
Ensure adherence to quality standards, safety regulations, and compliance requirements. - Team Leadership
Lead cross-functional teams including engineering, procurement, and construction professionals.
Provide guidance, motivation, and performance management. - Reporting
Prepare regular progress reports for senior management and clients.
Maintain accurate documentation and project records.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
- Minimum of 10 years Project Management experience
- 10+ years related experiences in sales or related role within the industry (electrical equipments)
- Working knowledge of local codes/standards is imperative.
- Knowledge of EPC or DataCenter
- Prefer the knowledge of Ex&B-Line products
- Fluent in written and oral English
- Knowledge of Code of Ethics/Standard
