Electrical Quality Supervisor
Our client is delivering utility-scale renewable energy infrastructure across South Africa. These positions form part of a project quality management team responsible for supporting the successful delivery of Solar PV, Wind and Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) projects by ensuring construction activities are executed in accordance with project specifications, regulatory requirements and industry best practices.

About the Role
We are looking for an Electrical Quality Supervisor to oversee quality assurance and quality control activities associated with electrical construction, installation and commissioning activities on renewable energy projects.
The successful candidate will ensure compliance with project requirements, applicable standards and industry best practices while supporting the delivery of safe, reliable and high-quality renewable energy infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor electrical installation activities across RENEWABLE (WIND & SOLAR) Construction project sites.
- Verify compliance with approved electrical drawings, specifications and standards.
- Witness inspections, testing and commissioning activities.
- Review contractor quality documentation and turnover dossiers.
- Participate in factory acceptance, site acceptance and commissioning activities where required.
- Manage non-conformance reporting and corrective actions.
- Support project quality reporting and handover documentation.
- Ensure installation quality across balance-of-plant and generation assets.
Minimum Requirements
- National Diploma or Degree in Electrical Engineering.
- Minimum 5 years' experience in electrical quality supervision ON RENEWABLE CONSTRUCTION PROJECTS.
- Experience within renewable energy A MUST.
- Knowledge of electrical installation standards and quality requirements.
- Ability to review technical drawings and test documentation.
- Strong communication and reporting skills.
