Job Description As a Field Services Technician for [OTTO By Rockwell Automation](https://ottomotors.com/), you will be responsible for all things hardware. You will provide on-site and remote advanced repair and troubleshooting, provide repair and maintenance training to customers, act as a tier 3 hardware support resource and trial new retrofits and recalls. Your goal is to provide customer certainty and confidence by efficiently returning customer systems to operation and minimizing downtime experienced. You will receive support from the rest of the OTTO Motors production, engineering, and operations teams to ensure that your work is streamlined. You will also provide feedback to the team regarding cost and complexity as necessary. You will report to Services Delivery Manager. This is a remote-based role; however, due to the location of our key customer in Arlington, TX the position will require frequent on-site visits. Therefore, you should either currently reside in and around Arlington, TX or be willing to relocate to effectively support customer engagements. #### Your Responsibilities: - Support and repair existing customer deployments (requires traveling to customer location) - Audit systems to verify optimal functionality (hardware preventative maintenance, network audits, user interactions, etc.) - Deliver training to partners, customers and end-users. - Execute and track recalls on deployed hardware at customer site. - Provide clear and concise feedback to internal teams to continually improve our products and focus our offerings. - Review customer workflow, software and database systems #### The Essentials - You Will Have: - High School Diploma or GED - Legal authorization to work in US is required.
