**Some of the Key Accountabilities:**

· Ensure document and records management, for their easy retreveability, legibility and protection and preservation.
· Accountable for preparation and on time submission of the MRBs
· Ensure an effective and economical documentation process
· Timely follow up between the stakeholders and ensure receipt of the inspection records and documents.
· Maintain a record of the KPIs related document submission and report the same on a monthly basis to the QHSE Manager.

**Qualifications / Skills & Experience**

**Education**

Essential

· Exposure to the project quality documentation in Oil and Gas field

· Exposure to MS office and excellent computer skills.

· Attentive, accuracy and efficiency in data entry.

Preferred

· Diploma in any discipline.
