Fiber Glass Systems, a business under NOV is hiring!

These DAY SHIFT positions are routinely scheduled Monday through Thursday, 7:00am - 5:30pm.

This Maintenance position is located in Andrews, TX and ensures the safe and quality fabrication of our tanks and wastewater products by maintaining and optimizing our equipment and grounds.

#### Responsibilities

**PRIMARY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:**

- Troubleshoot faulty equipment, determining repair procedure.
- Perform Required Repairs to rolling equipment, electrical equipment, and air systems.
- Clean, service, and repair fiberglass equipment.
- Perform regular PM Maintenance on forklifts and vehicles.
- Operate equipment, power tools, assembly jigs and material handling equipment (including, but not limited to, circular saws, hand drills, sanders, etc.).
- Utilize safe work habits.
- Wear appropriate PPE.
- Comply with all NOV Company policies, guidelines, and procedures.
- Comply with all HSE policies, guidelines, and procedures.
- Comply with all Quality policies, guidelines, and procedures.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

#### Qualifications

**EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE QUALIFICATIONS:**

- High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Ability to pass a drug screen & background check.
- A minimum of 1-2 years of Maintenance Experience.

**JOB REQUIREMENTS:**

- Basic knowledge of electrical systems.
- Must have strong attention to detail.
- Ability to learn technical repair and assembly guidelines and procedures.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to read drawings, instructions or repair, and assembly operations.
- A forklift license​ is preferred but not required
- Ability to adapt and be cross-trained to learn all job duties as required.
- Factory environment with large range in temperature changes.
- Standing, Walking, Bending/Stooping, Push/Pull, and Repetitive Movement up to 12 hours daily.
- Ability to work the required shift routinely scheduled Monday through Friday, 7:00am - 5:00pm.
- Lifting weights up to 50 lbs. Regularly.
