**HSE Supervisor**

**Location:** Phu My, Ba Ria - Vung Tau, Vietnam
**Department:** Industry Division

**Position Summary**

Bureau Veritas Vietnam is seeking a qualified **HSE Supervisor** to support industrial inspection and project activities in Phu My. The successful candidate will be responsible for promoting a safe working environment, ensuring compliance with HSE regulations, and supporting clients and project teams in achieving HSE objectives.

**Key Responsibilities**

- Monitor and enforce compliance with HSE requirements at project sites.
- Conduct site safety inspections and identify unsafe conditions and behaviors.
- Participate in toolbox talks, safety meetings, and HSE briefings.
- Review work permits and support permit-to-work implementation.
- Ensure compliance with client HSE procedures and local regulations.
- Investigate incidents, near misses, and unsafe acts; prepare reports and corrective action recommendations.
- Monitor contractor HSE performance and compliance.
- Promote HSE awareness and safe working practices among project personnel.
- Maintain HSE records, reports, and documentation.
- Support emergency preparedness and response activities when required.

**Qualifications**

- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum **8 years of HSE experience** in industrial, construction, oil & gas, power, manufacturing, or heavy industry environments.
- Experience working at industrial plants, fabrication yards, or construction sites is preferred.
- Knowledge of Vietnamese HSE regulations and industry safety standards.
